Second Life Grid Survey - Economic Metrics by Tyche Shepherd : The Princess welcomes a big step in data transparency

The Palace of Yaximixche has welcomed with enthusiasm the new economic metrics information available from Second Life and carefully created by Honourable Ms Tyche Shepherd.

The beautifully designed website gridsurvey.com provides access to different databases of regions, incidents, Lindex Market data, economic metrics, and and clear graphics. Data and graphics are available from previous years and visitors can compare the development of Second Life according to different aspects, like users, land size, expenditure or business profits. Moreover, the recent and well crafted article "2009 Reviewed" of Second Life by Mr Ciaran Laval complements nicely all this data. Also developers can use the Gridsurvey APIs publicly available and under the Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 UK license.

The Princess expressed : "Ms Sheperd's website with economic data will provide a bright light in the darkness that Second Life's economy has been immersed recently. Residents, business and organisations will be able to plan their investments with more certainty. We all must thank and congratulate her for this excellent work and that she has been carrying out selflessly for a few years already. I have fond memories of receiving information about regions status within SLUniverse forums and that have become an important topic of discussion in-world and the Internet"

One of the areas where this data will be useful for is Second Life's economy analysis. For example, as many residents have already predicted, the land market and other important indicators as L$ expenditure and number of residents logged-in have remained without any increases in the last part of 2009 and therefore the SL's economy has not improved and maybe is suffering of stagnation in detriment of hard-working land owners, builders, artists and scripters.

At the moment Lindex data is available back to 17th October 2009 only. Princess Manqo encourages Honourables who have access to old data previous to this date to donate it to this public repository by contacting Ms Tyche Shepherd in-world.

Her Royal Highness commented that this type of initiatives helps in improving Virtual Worlds understanding and transparency and need more support, promotion and involvement by Virtual Worlds' providers. This valuable data will be used by the Honourable Members of Parliament of Virtual Worlds during debates on the economy of Second Life and other Virtual Worlds.

Annual Message to Honourables of Virtual Worlds 2009

The Office of The Private Secretary was busy today sending The Princess' Season's Greetings cards and her Annual Message to the Members of Parliament of Virtual Worlds, the Board of the Court of Justice, Knights, Nobility and a carefully selected group of sixty two Honourables belonging to a broad spectrum of high ranking active intellectuals, academics, providers, residents, developers, artists, charities and members of press organisations. Princess Manqo recapitulated the main activities that marked her third year as a Royal Princess and also presented her plans to help more in bringing transparency, fairness, trust and justice to Virtual Worlds in 2010.

Year 2009 was characterised for small but relevant steps like the proclamation of two important organisations for the future of Virtual Worlds : A democratic Parliament and the Court of Justice. Despite their early stages of development, The Princess will work towards establishing them as framework organisations that can facilitate the relations between residents and providers, in the case of Parliament, and improve justice for residents, fight against fraud of in-world organisations and support authorities of the real world to detect scam schemes in Virtual Worlds. Other theme mentioned during The Princess' Message was her unconditional support and with full transparency to off-world charity organisations. HRH also commented about the challenges and rewards of extending her activities to other Virtual Worlds and the possibility of building new palaces that will welcome inter-metaverse travellers.

The Princess didn't miss the opportunity to thank endlessly to all her past and present sponsors, supporters and friends for their open-handed help that made possible another year of fulfilling activities in Virtual Worlds.

Yaximixche sends Christmas Greetings to the people of Virtual Worlds from London in Second Life and Twinity

The Palace has released The Princess' Christmas card for 2010 that will be sent to her generous friends and organisations including Honourable Members of the Parliament of Virtual Worlds and the recently proclaimed Court of Justice of Virtual Worlds, who have supported her activities in Virtual Worlds.

The greetings card prepared by The Palace of Yaximixche will show two images. In the first picture appears Princess Manqo in a salmon coat with prim fur, 3rd Lieutenant Nissondorf in black militar dress from the Navy's regimental batallion of New Brunswick at Caledon sims, and Honourable Mr Thor, The Private Secretary to The Princess of Yaximixche, both gentleman elegantly dressed in full ceremonial uniform.

The image was taken during The Princess recent private visit to London, Second Life. Princess Manqo and her entourage are pictured in one of the beautiful parks in Mayfair decorated by hard-working creative and talented staff of Virtually Linked. During her short visit to London sims, HRH enjoyed a sleigh ride and many residents joined in and greeted her in the London sims streets. The Princess felt overwhelmed for the fantastic and spontaneous demonstration of respect and affection by London residents. Unfortunately, Mrs Debs Regent, owner of the London sims, was not able to participate in the photography session as she was busy adding The Princess to her list of banned avatars from London region sims. Even during Christmas Season, a time for peace, happyness and forgiveness, didn't stop the London's staff team of this depicable action and unilateral offense, one more time, against The Princess and her Private Secretary.

The second photograph shows a happy Princess Manqo, stylish Ms Monica from Twinity Tours dressed in an elegant floral gown, and welcoming Ms Marion from Twinity staff. HRH is dressed in a beautiful and elegant red coat with a black clutch bag and pencil skirt in the same colour. Also Princess Manqo was wearing a stunning gold and pearls necklace matched with golden earrings kindly presented as a gift by London's Twinity staff during her first visit. The Princess commented that she remembers fondly her first trip to Virtual London in Twinity because the friendliness and kindness of the people and would love to be back after her Virtual Worlds tour comes to an end.

One Christmas Season and two amazing places selected by The Princess to send her good wishes to the people of Virtual Worlds in three languages including English, French and Spanish.

Twinity citizens welcome The Princess of Yaximixche

The Princess of Yaximixche marked the start of her 90 days tour to new Virtual Worlds by visiting Twinity.

HRH arrived on the 1st December to London, Twinity.

During the 10 days visit, Princess Manqo received a rapturous greeting and Twinitizens demonstrated their affection with gifts and cash donations in Globals to HRH Princess Manqo Foundation.

The visit consisted in learning about life in Twinity and talking to their residents.

When The Princess teleported to Berlin, Twinity, a welcoming marquee was beautifully decorated with comfortable sofas of the best quality and she expressed her delight of the overwhelming surroundings at the Brandenburg Gate.

She also met Miss Monica Twinity, who gave HRH a first taste of fun in Twinity by showing around the magnificent and realistic buildings.

Also, informal gatherings with Twinitizens introduced Princess Manqo to the art of twinging, a mischievous and exhilarating flirting trick.

During a visit to the streets of London, The Princess described the feeling of being at home when walking by The Mall.

She said: "Since I saw the first line of trees I immediately knew we where by St James' Park and The Mall - It is truly remarkable the detailed work that one can appreciate on these buildings and it feels like traveling back on time and space".

The Princess also enjoyed the party life in Twinity and attended two events, one in the Red Corner Club and a birthday party in April's residence in the US.

As a glad surprise, The Princess received some dance animations from Monica, a very helpful and friendly member of Twinity staff.

In London, The Beatles Club made Princess Manqo feel at home again with a well replicated yellow submarine and the wonderful quality of music.

HRH discovered her clear reflection when looking at one of the mirrors in the club.

Christmas is a season that Twinitizens enjoy inmensely and the festive decorations are everywhere, even Twinitizens were proudly wearing their Father Christmas costumes for welcoming new residents.

As a result of such a warm reception in Twinity, members of the Royal Household of Yaximixche requested an area for building Buckingham House in London, Twinity. This place will be a welcoming area for Honourables from Second Life that would like to visit Twinity. Also it accommodates offices of the recently proclaimed Court of Justice of Virtual Worlds and HRH Princess Manqo Foundation. It is expected that information about Climate Change will be shown in the galleries of this new building. Moreover, The Princess will host formal events for Twinitizens as she has been doing in Second Life since 2007.

Twinitizens can join HRH Princess Manqo Foundation and The Court of Justice of Virtual Worlds in-world in Twinity for receiving news and event notices from The Palace as well. Also a profile of The Princess of Yaximixche is available in Twinity.

The Office of The Private Secretary has also produced a more detailed report on different positive and challenging aspects that The Princess would like to observe during her tour to different Virtual Worlds. This reports provides more insights into the first 8 minutes of a new resident, and also looks at appearance, social relevance, friendliness, lag, ownership, business, education, and environmental practices amongst others. The report has been presented to the Parliament of Virtual Worlds and it will be constantly updated after HRH ends each visit. The Princess of Yaximixche present in the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen (COP 15)

The Palace announces that before embarking in her second trip to new Virtual Worlds, Princess Manqo will make a stop in Virtual Copenhagen in Second Life to attend the important summit on Climate Change held in Denmark and organised by the United Nations, this next 7th to 18th December 2009.

The Princess intends having an active participation in the different talks and will be surrounded by undercover security guards in Second Life. This unusual appearance of HRH in this event is because the recent lack of security in Second Life has become an increasing risk for her safety; therefore, Princess Manqo has decided withdrawing temporarily from her activities in this Virtual World until better security measures are put in place by Linden Lab.

The Princess of Yaximixche is informed constantly on the new developments in SL security. HRH hopes that the appearance of new approaches to open source viewers encourages Linden Lab to establish a transparent, fair, and open communication with these hard working and selfless developers and together work for solving Intellectual Property and security issues, and at the same time increasing useful features for SL residents, landlords, artists and merchants.

The Princess embarks in Metaverse trip

The Princess of Yaximixche will visit different Virtual Worlds from December to February 2010.

This, her second private visit to new Virtual Worlds in the Metaverse, involves a busy itinerary aimed at meeting residents of recently created Virtual Worlds, including charity and voluntary organisations, members of environmental groups as well as the general public and exploring options for extending The Princess's work beyond Second Life.

Over ninety days, Her Royal Highness will visit 9 Virtual Worlds focused on content creation and other sectors, including stops in Twinity, Blue Mars, HiPiHi, i-Citizen, ActiveWorlds, VastPark, Mycosm, Multiverse and Opensim grids.

The Princess of Yaximixche has visited Opensim grids, Wonderland, HiPiHi and Lively. Her last private visit was in 2008 when HRH opened The Palace of Gukumatz to the public in the extint Lively.

This will be the first main activity for The Princess of Yaximixche since failing gravely ill during summer 2009.

Announcement of a new Lord Lieutenant of San Francisco

The Princess of Yaximixche, on the recommendation of The Private Secretary, has been pleased to approve the appointment of Sir Cid Ducatillon, as the next Lord Lieutenant of San Francisco.

Cid Ducatillon will serve as the first Lord Lieutenant to The Princess of Yaximixche and will assume office in August 2009. His first engagement as representative of The Princess will be the Linden Lab Conference and Convention.

Background

Cid Ducatillon KtY, was nominated as Ya'ax Knight (Green Knight) in February 2009.

He has been Lead Builder and Building Manager for 4 London sims. His hard work in that role was performend with honesty and without regard for any personal gain. Cid Ducatillon contribution to recreating the city of London in Second Life has been enormous and involved an exemplary professional conduct and willingness to help anyone.

Cid is very focused on creating designs that are environmentally friendly using materials that are sustainable. He has tirelessly worked with minimal compensation to create aesthically pleasing and functional structures with an eye towards technical perfection and minimal prim usage. His designs are brilliant, fresh and innovative.

His building techniques reflect a great deal of artistry, style, and technical expertise. He is very conscious of prim usage while maintaining the form and function of the build.

Sir Cid Ducatillon has mentored dozens of people in Second Life. Because of this they have become accomplished builders and have also embraced his practice of honesty and hard work.

He has also set a standard of honorable business practices in addition to teaching building techniques to hundreds of SL citizens. All this without regard for monetaty compensation.

Sir Ducatillon is intuitive and has a sharp mind, a special eye for design and has performed a lot of voluntary work in-world and real life. In addition, he has created a successful real life company named StudioRezz Architects.

The Princess paid tribute to the victims of the July 7 London Bombings

Fifty two flowers, one for each life randomly cut down by the suicide bombers, were planted in Green Park, Second Life.

The Princess of Yaximixche dedicated a minute of silence to paid tribute to the victims of the London bombings in 2005. The remembrance event took place in Green Park, Second Life.

The Princess participated in this event to sent her thoughts of hope and goodwill to the families of the victims of the July 7 suicide bombings in London. In real life, families and friends gathered in Hyde Park for unveiling a new monument that honours the memory of those who lost their life in this fatidic day. Other members of the Royal Household of Yaximixche and residents of London, Second Life, joined Princess Manqo in this moment of commemoration and reflection.

London under terrorist attack in Second Life

The Royal Household of Yaximixche woke up today surrounded by thousands of little objects with hats in Green Park, London, the official residence of Her Royal Highness The Princess of Yaximixche and all her charities.

The Princess was at The Tower of Yaximixche at the moment of the despicable griefer attack and she was unable to move or continue with her routine of daily activities. Recently, Princess Manqo has been trying to come back to her normal in-world work after a long period of illness and this attack adds more strain to her long awaited return. Fortunately, the SL Police has been called upon and will solve this forbidden act that damages the reputation of the griefer only.

The Private Secretary to The Princess of Yaximixche, Honourable Mr Aaaa Thor, investigated on the possible names of griefers and came to the conclusion that the attack comes from one member of the London greeters team located in Hyde Park who visited the Green Park owner on Sunday 5th July evening. The name of the London greeter has been identified as well as the name of the griefer alter avatar "Iamgoingtokillyou Coba".

Mr Thor said: "It is not a surprise for the palace that these types of attacks come from members of Debs Regent Team after The Princess has been unilaterally banned by Mrs Regent's London for performing her charity activities in Hyde Park or Knightsbridge. Mrs Regent's team must be aware that there is a big difference on promoting commercial activities and the fight against climate change and helping people in need in real life as in Second Life. As all know in Second Life, The Princess has been doing her charity work without any business reason behind since 2007. Additionally, an online survey in 2008 showed that SL residents support her actions entirely. Unfortunately Mrs Regent and her team have commercial objectives purely and use Second Life creative avatars as disposable tissue".

A group named "Banned by London" invited Her Royal Highness to join them after listening about the humiliating ban imposed by Mrs Regent's London. The group has been created by ex-members of Mrs Regent team who have been unilaterally banned by London for not surrounding for free (or almost free) their Intellectual Property rights on many London buildings. There is a major discomfort amongst London's ex-members as they have been used and exploited by Mrs Debs Regent's Team during the creation of Kensington, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Soho, Chelsea and London England UK - Hyde Park. If someone disagrees with her team, then a ban is automatically applied even if one is a builder or creator who still have buildings standing on her estate. It is not only the Intellectual Property effect on the ex-member that matters but also the traumatic emotional consequences that this situation causes on the creator, builder, or other collaborators who are enthusiastic about creating London and suddenly are banned for disagreeing with Mrs Regent team."

The Princess is not happy with the attack neither with the injustices heard, however, she has expressed her desires to the Green Park owner of not banning avatars from the region or estate where she performs her charity work, even the griefer or his alter avatar. Princess Manqo believes in a peaceful Second Life were avatars are mature enough to be responsible upon their acts and commit in a constructive dialogue when discrepancies arise.

Mr Thor added: "Despite that this is the first griefing attack we have suffered since The Princess started performing her duty in 2007, The Palace wont report the attack to Linden Lab or take any reprisal or actions on the matter of this aggresive and unilateral act by request of Her Royal Highness. As we know, everybody is always welcomed to The Princess' land despite the circumstances and no banning has ever being needed. The only affected in this case will be the real life companies who see that behaviour issues need to be resolved first before establishing any business deals with Mrs Debs Regent company."

"A public apology must be provided by the perpetrators of this vicious ofense on the dignity of The Princess" concluded The Private Secretary.

The Princess attends Royal Salute

Bells echoed through St Paul's Cathedral as The Princess of Yaximixche attended the Royal Salute to mark Her Majesty's official birthday organised by Mr London Warden in Second Life, City of London and Green Park.

A much praised military fanfare marked the start of the ceremony. Mr Warden explained the meaning of the Royal Salute to the cheering public and distinguished guests : "The number of rounds fired in a salute depends on the place and occasion. The basic salute is 21 rounds. In Green Park we are firing an extra 20 rounds because this is a Royal Park. At the Tower of London 62 rounds are fired on royal anniversaries (the basic 21, plus a further 20 because the Tower is a Royal Palace and Fortress, plus another 21 'for the City of London')".

Other guests of honour to the Royal Salute included Honourable Ms Xinoxi Han, Director of the SL Opera House, The Dean of St Paul's Cathedral the Rt Rv Caspian Zeplin, prestigious SL texture and builders designers like Honourable Cube Republic, military members, Second Life mentors, and representatives of different real life charities with presence in Second Life.

In Green Park the Royal Salute took place nearby the Canada Memorial. And in City of London, the gun salute was fired from The Tower of London. In both spaces, each round of shots draw beautiful images in the air with colours of the British flag.

St Paul's Dean in Second Life, the Rt Rev Caspian Zeplin, sang God Save The Queen at the end of the gun salute and said : "It is truly a great honour to sing on this ocassion and show our patriotic feelings in Second Life and share this emotion with friends from other countries". Music was beautifully played by the Royal Artillery band.

After the ceremony The Princess of Yaximixche saluted members of the Armed Forces, charities, and public before she joined a musical visit around the St Paul's Cathedral in City of London.

This is the first official engagement for The Princess since she withdraw from public life for two months due to a very serious illness.

Misterious disappearance of The Palace of Yaximixche

One of the largest inhabited palaces in Second Life and the official residence of The Princess of Yaximixche, suffered severe damage during its relocation to Green Park in London, this last Thrusday, 30th of April. Historic parts of the building, and several priceless artifacts were lost, including paitings, tailor-made scripts and objects, majestic and guilded doors. Tearful Honourable residents were recovering their objects left intact in an empty sim.

The unexpected disappearance of this famous and grand royal palace started after all relocation scripts were added to root prims in order to link 907 prims in 130 linked sets. The Palace was correctly taken into inventory despite the dimensions of 256x128x50 cubic mts and it was ready to be added to the content window into the rezzer that was about to transport it to a new location. But Second Life did not have mercy and in the precise moment of the finishing up process, decided to cause a monumental computer crash. Valuable pieces of art and real life charity displays were left in limbo until the next login. Immediately to the crash and login, the rezzer was taken into the inventory in order to keep safe the palace developed during 2 years with unique textures kindly donated by Second Life residents. But after rezzing it back the most iconic palace in Second Life and its four royal flags were gone forever.

Her Royal Highness The Princess of Yaximixche was immediately informed of the situation and arrived after 12 SLT and ordered a profound search of The Palace in inventories during one hour. The Grand Staircase, Grand Ballroom, Court Yard, Grand Entrance, The Ladies and Gentleman Chambers, Throne room, The new House of the Parliament of Virtual Worlds, Royal Nursery, Royal Library, Banquette Room, and Environmental and Charities Galleries were totally dissapeared from Second Life in a click, leaving The Princess and the Honourables of Yaximixche with sadness.

Fortunately, residents at the tallest residential building in Second Life, the Tower of Yaximixche, were successfully relocated to Green Park during early hours of Thrusday and did not go thorugh the same painful situation. The Ladies and Gentleman that receive free accommodation at The Palace of Yaximixche, will temporarily live in the second and third floor of the Tower of Yaximixche until a decision is taken if the palace does not appear. The Office of The Private Secretary to The Princess of Yaximixche has contacted urgently the creator of the rezzer to analyse any additional actions and recover the palace.

HRH Princess Manqo commented : "If The Palace of Yaximixche does not appear then we will recreate a new palace with kind help of our Second Life architects and rise like a phoenix from the ashes, my duty is to help people in need and The Palace was a corner stone in this charitable work. Bad things bring always good things". The Princess is devastated and has received condolences from friends for this calamitous lost almost one month before her official birthday when the Investiture Ceremony of the Honours of Yaximixche and Incatoshi talkshow will take place.

The Princess takes measures to increase charity support

Recently, HRH The Princess of Yaximixche, has requested to her Private Secretary the increase of the number of charities to be promoted within the Charities Gallery at The Palace of Yaximixche and also as part of her activities in Second Life. This additional measures taken by The Princess come as a result of the World financial crisis that is affecting drastically funding in Real Life charities.

The system of donations promotion developed by The Palace of Yaximixche provides 100% of the amount donated to RL charitable organisations and is transfered directly from donator to recipient in a transparent, secure and quick way. Unfortunately, intermediaries take percentages of these amounts.

The Princess is also encouraging other organisations in SL to use the system developed by The Palace in order to give more support to RL organisation-in-need. Last month, Her Royal Highness personally received the representative of a delegation of enthusiast students trying to develop charity work in Second Life. During the meeting, Princess Manqo explained the reasons behind this system and the way of implementing it by providing basic material.

During the event Mr Pathfinder Linden talked about the challenges and praised the great work done by educators in diverse areas of knowledge. Mr Linden also requested to the audience for suggestions on how Second Life could help to increase the development of educational activities by real life organisations that work within Second Life.

Her Royal Highness received a warm welcome from the attendees present during the inaugural event. The Princess requested to Mr Pathfinder Linden more support from Linden Lab for the development of live educational events in front of an audience of eighty seven residents that was comprised by people from at least nine nationalities.

Second Life Opera House and Garden Theatre for classic arts

The Princess felt in love immediately with the activities proposed by this group that brings more culture to Second Life residents.

Estates and Landlords report - Customer Opinion Index 1 March 2009

The Duchy of Gukumatz presented the Estates and Landlords report - Custom Opinion Index version 1 March 2009 to the Parliament of Virtual Worlds on Monday 16th of March. This recent report is available free of charge from the Hansard (files archive) within Parliament online premises and contains 12 pages of relevant information for the virtual land market in Second Life.

Graphics and data collected show the level of satisfaction of a sample of the Second Life population who evaluated 19 landlords and estates. Despite the list of landlords doesn't contain all the estates in Second Life, it provides a glimpse of the current perception that residents have of them.

This version of the Customer Opinion Index provides a general reference, although non-conclusive, of the current situation in land rental and sales services. Participants in this voting exercise expressed their opinion by recommending or not land services of the list of landlords under scrutiny. The report also points out feelings of strong recommendation or strong not recommendation from Second Life residents.

The Virtual Worlds Parliament : "Residents will be watching you and taking action"

The Virtual Worlds Parliament started activities on 14th of March, 2009, with the purpose of promoting debate with other residents on policy and practices, on how best to run the different Virtual Worlds using or compatible with Open simulator (http://opensimulator.org/wiki/Grid_List, Second Life, Open Life, HiPiHi, etc) and interoperability between them.

Residents can take control and propose actions to run better all our Virtual Worlds and stop the Virtual Worlds technological companies taking unilateral decisions. Customer Opinion Index : Clear rules call for land barons and estate owners

Recent findings from The Duchy of Gukumatz Office called for clear rules from land barons that secure the survival of their private states.

According to the research, some land barons are suffering of customer loose because their lack of good customer service, fair and clear rules in covenants, in addition to the recent changes on land prices from Linden Lab. Their golden age apparently is ending not only because the hostile market conditions but also because their lack of efficiency and transparency.

The report specially pointed out a lack of information in covenants that land barons are using in their advantage and against their golden eggs customers. Second Life residents have complaint to these land barons but they do not listen therefore a massive migration from bad to good estates is happening. Unfortunately for them, word of mouth has been effective in helping to identify bogus land barons.

It is important for all residents who are considering in renting land from land barons to consider their ability to continue over the time by offering good customer service, clear rules, and competitive prices. In addition, residents need to evaluate the risk of these land barons going into bankruptcy as residents money could dissapear from one day to another. The reports also considers that Linden Lab should take an active role in increasing certainty to Second Life residents when dealing with land barons in risk. Additionally, the report suggest the creation of a list of good and bad land barons and followed by a continuous advertising campaign in different public media channels in Second Life.

The Princess of Yaximixche attends Inaugural Ball at Capitol Hill

The Royal entourage joined the celebration for the new American government installation and was greeted by Mrs TROI Timtam at their arrival to the Inaugural Ball on Tuesday, 20th January of 2009 at 18 hrs SLT.

During this ball, Her Royal Highness talked to many guests and praised their elegance at this glittering event. HRH Princess Manqo chose well establised Second Life clothing designers for the Inaugural Ball. The Princess of Yaximixche wore a romatic white brocade half sleeves evening dress with red velvet waistband and white opera gloves both by renowned designer Serenity Sieyes (10/7/2005) from Avillion. Complements included a unique red velvet choker encrusted with white diamond by Flame Trudeau (7/2/2005), and diamond earrings from Linnix Muse (12/26/2002). For this special ocassion Her Royal Highness wore the "Princess Tiara" with diamonds specially designed by famous jeweler May Rosebund (5/1/2005).

The Duchy of Gukumatz offers free land in Second Life

The Duchy estate was created on Thrusday, 1st of January, 2009, by Her Royal Highness The Princess of Yaximixche Princess ManqoQhapaqInca MamaUqlluCoya Qunhua for the Honourables of Yaximixche. The Duchy’s primary function is supporting charities, entrepreneurs and The Princess' duty in Second Life. One of the benefits that the Duchy brings to Second Life residents is the use of free land, in addition to the free accommodation provided by The Palace of Yaximixche to new citizens.

The Duchy consists of two parts: the title and honour (known as the dignity) and the territory (landed estate) which supports it financially. The Princess of Yaximixche has not granted the dignity of Duke or Duchess of Gukumatz yet, for this reason, the current responsible of the daily operation of the estate is the Office of The Private Secretary to The Princess of Yaximixche. The Duke or Duchess will be responsible for the efficient running of the estate in a daily basis once the dignity is conferred.

The Princess of Yaximixche is not entitled to the proceeds or profit on the sale of assets, and only receives voluntary donations or income which they generate.

The Princess chooses to use a large proportion of the income and donations from the Duchy to meet the cost of her public and charitable work. The Duchy also funds the public, charitable and private activities of the family of The Duke and Duchess of Gukumatz.

As of 1st of January 2009, the Duchy consists of around 114,496 sqm of free land with 14,312 prims from six parcels, and spread around five sims in Dreamland. The principal activity of the Duchy is the sustainable and commercial management of its land and properties.

The estate consists of commercial land for PG content only. The Duchy promotes high quality residential and commercial building programmes. Where possible, it helps in creating low prim buildings in order to encourage new residents, small businesses and charity organisations to settle down within Yaximixche's realm.

Conservation and climate change awareness is particularly important and the Duchy encourages its tenants to pursue practical environmental measures alongside commercial activities by making publicly available their ecological and carbon footprints amongst others.

Nokia Connected Worlds listens to The Princess of Yaximixche

Her Royal Highness The Princess of Yaximixche attended to the December edition of Nokia Connected Worlds panel at 11 am SLT, on Sunday, 14th of December.

The discussion about the future of education and business in virtual worlds was moderated by Mr Hydra Shaftoe and the audience asked questions related to intellectual property rights, Virtual Worlds interoperability, community creation, builders certification, metaverse currency exchange or Virtual Worlds corporate development.

Panel members included Ms Darla Madsen (darlamack.com), Mr Digistar Brouwer (Nokia Corporation), Mr Pathfinder Linden (Linden Lab), Mr Frolic Mills (The Best of SL Magazine), and Mr Saloman Salomon (Honda Corporation).

The panel lasted one hour, and then the attendees enjoyed an after-party with Beatles music.

The Princess of Yaximixche expressed her concerns for the lack of regulation in Second Life financial sector. HRH Princess Manqo mentioned that Stock Exchanges in Second Life are helping business to fluorish and grow, however, the lack of transparency and auditing could cause a big damage to a sector that has already suffered deception from Second Life banks. Currently, dividens are paid to investors correctly and on time by companies listed in these Stock Exchanges. This only can be achieved with the support of the Stock Exchange managing team and also as a result of a competitive organisation and good operation of the listed companies. However, The Royal Purse has detected practices that could lead to a similar situation in any moment as in the case of Second Life banks.

Real life financial security laws might not necessarily apply in the same way in Second Life as this could cause innecessary beaurocracy that could lead to the disolution of Stock Exchanges and their important work in favour of entrepreneurs. Real life laws should be adapted to Second Life special circumstances, and in this case could constrain the existence of these Second Life Stock Exchanges. It is clear that some type of self regulation or community regulation is needed and not necessarily created but promoted and supported by Linden Lab, said The Princess.

The Princess and Mark Linden present at the Breast Cancer Virtual Convention

Her Royal Highness The Princess of Yaximixche attended this morning and evening the Breast Cancer Virtual Convention held at the Virtual Cancer Institute. The Princess is active supporter of the Association for International Cancer Research (AIRC) in Second Life and promotes this charity in the Expositions Gallery at The Palace of Yaximixche. Second Life residents can donate directly to AICR when visiting this section of the Royal Palace.

The Virtual Cancer Institute is the first oncological institute dedicated to information and learning for Second Life citizens. Doctors, renowned professionals and other members of the health sector can meet and interact with citizens from all over the world, in real time and cost-free.

The event "Meet the Professors, An advanced Course in Breast Cancer" was a pioneering big success in the first day and residents from different countries had the opportunity to ask technical and general questions about the past, present and future of cancer research. The Questions and Answers session was lead by Professor Pier Franco Conte from the Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia Policlinico di Modena in Italy and Professor Gabriel N. Hortobagyi from the University of Texas MD Andersone Cancer Center in Houston.

At the end of the evening, Mr Mark Linden gave a touching speech supporting the organisation of high quality events that enrich residents with the latest scientific knowledge. The Princess was gladly pleased for the moral support provided from Mr Linden and his charm in answering questions from the audience. The Princess of Yaximixche urges financial transparency from Linden Lab

Her Royal Highness The Princess of Yaximixche had an emergency meeting with Second Life residents who are worried for the effects of the price increase in Open Space Sims. Amongst the points discussed were the effects on business and charities. Also the shocked residents felt compelled to do something right away and they have organised many protests arount this virtual world to give voice to the discomfort of this unilateral decision taken by Linden Lab.

HRH Princess Manqo urges Linden Labs more transparency and the publication of their financial accounts as they describe themselves as a private company where earnings are re-invested in the improvement of Second Life. However, their recent decisions will have damaging effects that have not been considered.

Linden Lab recent action gives the impression that their profits will increase as open spaces sims will be abandoned and returned back to Linden Lab ownership allowing them to re-sell this land and making more profits. Linden Lab is not considering the effects on many young and fragile organisations that have fluorished in Second Life and the distress their decision is causing.

During the meeting with The Princess, a temporal shut down of Second Life has been proposed by the group of worried residents for the 1st of December from 00:00 hrs until 23:59 hrs SLT and a massive sell of Linden Dollars. Second Life residents that feel the need to maintain their social interactions during the Second Life shut down have been suggested to visit the Gukumatz Palace in Lively Google as meeting point.

Her Royal Highness encouraged all parties, SL residents and Linden Lab, for more communication, understanding and proposing constructive solutions with transparency. With the non-stopable growth of Second Life, new forms of governance have to be created as well, in order to include the resident-users perspective in future decisions from Linden Lab.

The Princess of Yaximixche builds new royal residence in the Virtual World of Lively

After a recent visit to the new Virtual World of Lively, Her Royal Highness The Princess of Yaximixche asked to her Private Secretary the creation of a new royal residence. Builders immediately started with the design of Gukumatz Palace following the requirements of HRH Princess Manqo.

This new royal residence will help in raising awareness of The Princess activities in Virtual Worlds such as tackling climate change, the protection of the Amazon Rainforest and helping people in need.

Gukumatz Palace offers a new art gallery that at the moment provides information supported by multimedia about the Amazon Rainforest deforestation and its effects on climate change.

Visitors can also admire the lavish Chinese and brown drawings room decorated with local plants and ornaments in order to maintain a low ecological footprint in this building.

The "Five Threes" painting is a faboulous artwork kindly donated by local residents and it is center piece to one of the rooms.

During her recent stay in Lively, The Princess was deeply touched by the warm welcome of Lively citizens who were also concerned about climate change. HRH Princess Manqo discussed with some visitors to Gukumatz Palace about the recent nature disasters in different points of our planet. The Princess of Yaximixche was also greatly surprised that many of the Lively citizens are Second Live citizens.

The Princess visits Wonderland : The Education Grid

The Princess of Yaximixche, Princess Manqo, attended the launching of the Education Grid organised by the Immersive Education Initiative in Second Life.

The Education Grid is part of the Sun Microsystems´ Project Wonderland, an alternative platform to Second Life. Despite that at the moment is in its early stages of development, amongst the aims of the Education Grid, is providing services to Second Life and other platforms like Croquet.

More than 60 cheering avatars participated in this breaking-point event in the life of Virtual Worlds. And after receiving some initial guidelines, participants downloaded the software and were able to connect to different servers around the Globe hosted by different universities.

The Princess of Yaximixche has attended the "Metanomics : Non-profits in Virtual Worlds" discussion organised by Professor Robert Bloomfield and Metanomics, and broadcasted live on SLCN.TV, last 28th April at 11:00 am SLT.

Ms Susan Tenby, Senior Manager of the nonprofit TechSoup, and American Cancer Society's Randal Moss hosted a discussion of the challenges and opportunities facing non-profit organizations in virtual worlds. We have to consider that SL is reaching not only an American audience and charities from Europe or Asia might be missing the chance of using SL for their activities. Also, there is people who dont have a charity but wants to start new charitable projects.”

By attending this event, Her Royal Highness called for more transparency and public disclosure of financial reports from current organisations involved in Second Life charity campaigns in order to improve trust in all these volunteering organisations that are doing such a titanic work. The Princess of Yaximixche is aware of the growing activity of different types of charities but at the same time is concerned about the real impact that these organisations are having in real life needs. With this, The Princess is trying to secure that now and in the future 100% of the money goes to support people in need instead of going to pockets of "hidden wolves under a sheep skin" organisations that might be using charitable organisations to make big profits as it has unfortunately happened in real life. Organisations that promote charity campaigns are essential part of an important process, however, the amount of profit they are obtaining from the non-profit sector might be excessive, therefore a call for more transparency and public disclosure of information is required.

The UN Climate Conference in Bali and Second Life

Second Life citizens have been participating in the UN Climate Conference in Bali which started on Monday, 3 December and close on Friday, 14 December 2007.

In the Virtual World Second Life, citizens have been attending sessions in the OneClimate island. The interaction with Bali is starting at 12:30 UTC/GMT (4:30 AM Second Life time) every day in order to put questions and thoughts to delegates at the Bali Climate Summit. This live window on the crucial UN conference has received support from Her Royal Highness The Princess of Yaximixche in the form of promotion and awareness of the event amongst more than 800 Honourables of HRH Princess Manqo Foundation.

The Conference is presided over by Indonesian Environment Minister Rachmat Witoelar, with support from the UN’s Climate Change Secretariat (UNFCCC), headed by Executive Secretary Yvo de Boer. The first week involved negotiations among the Parties at the level of high-ranking government officials on a wide range of issues. On Wednesday, 12 December, the high-level segment will start with addresses by the UN Secretary-General and the President of Indonesia.

The initiative of promoting actively this event within Second Life amongst different groups has been led by The Princess of Yaximixche, and is likely to have a significant impact on the UN climate negotiations starting next week as the conference has received a massive response from Second Life citizens and delegates are receiving feedback and questions from citizens around the globe.

The Prince of Yaximixche congratulated the organisers from OneWorld and OneClimate for allowing Second Life´s citizens to express their thoughts and ask questions and has “fervent hope” that leaders in Bali will make the tough decisions the world so urgently needs and that will have a tremendous impact on the future of humanity.

November 18th, Sunday, was the date chosen to celebrate The Snow Charity Ball by the Royal Household. The theme of this ball was "1780´s French baroque" and stunning vintage gowns were worn by stylish ladies and dashing gentlemen of the court of Yaximixche.

This was the first appearance of Her Royal Highness The Princess of Yaximixche after two caotic months caused by login problems in Second Life. HRH Princess Manqo was delighted to see the good attendance to the palace of her loyal and caring supporters.

The Honourables enjoyed two types of music, and also participated in the Environment Challenge. In order to receive prizes, they needed to answer questions related to the Climate Change activities of The Princess of Yaximixche in Second Life.

On October 25th, Friday, at 14:oo hrs, Honourable CW McMillan, The Private Secretary to The Princess of Yaximixche, married to Honourable Mikk Graves. The beautiful private ceremony was celebrated in the ancient chapel at Blake Manor, the official lavish residence of the groom. Miss McMillan wore the most beautiful wedding gown ever seen in Second Life while Mr Graves was dashing in full military uniform.

After saying their vows, bride and groom offered a brindis in Blake Manor majestic gardens. Guests congratulated the new couple and enjoyed the magnific and elegant decoration created for such a special occasion.

A wedding party took place at The Palace of Yaximixche until early hours of Saturday. The stylish bride and groom received different presents and money that they kindly donated to HRH Princess Manqo Foundation and other charities. Mr Klaes Dench surprised CW and Mikk with an excellent repertoire of live songs. Before the party ended, the new couple left the palace to an undisclosed location in Second Life.

Her Royal Highness has demonstrated interest in supporting a healthy multidimensional expansion of Virtual Worlds.

This week The Princess of Yaximixche was amongst the avid audience present at the public event "Life 2.0 Summit" produced by C M P T e c h n o lo g y/Dr. D o b b ' s Journal. During four intensive days, Her Royal Highness participated actively in different sessions despite the time difference between Europe and USA and received answers to the following questions:

-What could be the platform business models that will emerge when Virtual Worlds meet Augmented Reality?
-What could be the likely business models when the different Virtual Worlds platforms reach standard protocols?
-Could be possible that we will see in the future Real Life robots controlling avatars and what will be the effect on Virtual Worlds?
-What other metrics will be necessary for monitoring sims and will search engines provide statistics of keywords?
-Why is important for companies like [name of the speakers company] to mimic Real Life activities into Virtual Worlds?
-What challenges have companies like [name of the speakers company] found in communicating their message in Second Life?
-How many visitors or customers are using [name of the speakers company] facilities for business?

The Princess of Yaximixche met Real Life and Second Life developers and received multiple and constants words of support and encouragement for her environment activities in Second Life. After the event every day, Her Royal Highness provided guided tours to interested visitors who requested to have a special visit at The Palace of Yaximixche showing the activities of HRH Princess Manqo Foundation. Her Royal Highness was very pleased for the good organisation of this event despite technical limitations and constant sim crashes, however, she was also concerned of the rudimentary and unwelcoming treatement to international members of the audience by the committee officers. According to evidences, organisers did not warn neither provided a clear guidelines of behaviour at the beggining of the event. Her Royal Highness was not exempt of this appalling treatment:

1.One example was the initial request of the committee who asked the audience during breakfast sessions to wear a "complicated-to-use" nametag that caused spamming in the main channel during talks and that caused annoyance and dispair in attendees. Even Her Royal Highness provided caring support and guidance to citizens who requested for help to wear such device. As everybody was wearing a tag, The Princess of Yaximixche decided to wear her own environment awareness non-for-profit tag without causing any spam in the main channel. However, the committee requested Her Royal Highness to remove it as for their perception "she was selling".

2.Also sessions of Q&A during talks and tours were completely chaotic and many questions were left without answer causing frustration in many attendees. Her Royal Highness repectfully asked one or two questions when the audience was also asking during these sessions. The committee unexpectly and irrespectfully requested Her Royal Highness by private IM "Manqo ask questions at the end ... you are causing too many disruptions".

3.During the event many avatars showed their creative side by wearing attractive costumes such as oversized hats. Even one of the event organisers did. For this reason, Her Royal Highness considered appropriate in wearing her haut couture hats receiving a lot of praise from attendees for her demuring and classic style. Her Royal Highness seated on the edge of corners to avoid visual disturbance when she considered one of The Princess of Yaximixche´s hats could cause any obtstruction, and also she requested beforehand comments from the committe on this.

4.The event had an approximate audience of 65, 55, 60, and 42 avatars from Monday to Friday. A similar number of audience enjoyed scripting and sculpty lectures during weekend sessions. The Princess of Yaximixche was interested in meeting and talking to all of them, however, establishing private conversation during presentations certainly could be distractive and during the breakfast networking sessions there was not enough time available. For this reason Her Royal Highness requested friendships after reading their interesting avatar profiles in order to maintain contact for further communication. She was delighted that many of them joined HRH Princess Manqo Foundation group and visited this website to learn more about Her Royal Highness activities in Second Life. Due the existence of multiple tags in such a small amphitheatre, certainly it was a difficult task to avoid duplicated requests of friendships to the same person in many cases. Her Royal Highness also received many times duplicated requests that she patiently accepted or rejected it. However, new friendships were also on hand during tours. Her Royal Highness received a considerably big number of teleporting requests from her new acquitances and she gladly accepted to provide this support to fellow attendees as the committee showed a lack of planning or rehearsal for these learning journeys held at sponsors facilities.

The committee was more concerned in pleasing their sponsors marketing objectives rather than being good hosts by creating a unforgettable experience for visitors and potential customers. Some attendees had to use alternative avatars in order to continue in this event as the committee decided unilaterally that some questions or behaviours were not appropriate. Additionally, the committee did not provide any justification of avatar ban cases or simply they refuse replying to any request for explanation.

Her Royal Highness was delighted in learning about the future of Virtual Worlds from experts such as Xconomy, Acceleration Studies Foundation (Ogoglio, Photosynth), Forterra Systems, SLBrowser, Gridocity, Linden Lab, Electric Sheep, Code4 Software, Sun Microsystems, Clear Ink, Eolus, Involve, ESC, AWA, IBM, libSecondLife, Croquet Consortium (Croquet video), Maya Realities, Borland Codegear, Tateru Nino, Multiverse, Pixeltrix, Questar, Intel, and Weather Channel. Her Royal Highness The Princess of Yaximixche visited the Melissa's Blue Angel Police and Fire Memorial Community Garden to honour fallen police officers, firefighters, and other responders during the 9/11 events in 2001.

HRH Princess Manqo arrived to the Royal landing point at 12:30 PM PDT in company of her Private Secretary Miss CW McMillan, Aide-de-Camp Mr Mikk Graves, Princess´s Bodyguard Mr Mucus Renoir, and Footman Guard Mr Vincentcorleone Blachere. The Royal party was greeted by Commander Chief Miss Hope McAlpine of the Blue Angel Garden and saluted by the Police Officers Squad.

After arriving and visiting the Victims Mural briefly, the royal party took their seats at the front row of the memorial service area at the Blue Angel Garden.

At 1:30 PM PDT a list of names of the victims were read while a flame and bells honoured this touching occasion. Representatives of military and police forces from different countries also payed their respect and participated in the pray read by the Commander in Chief. At that time the island was complete full of visitors again which demonstrated the success of this global event.

Immediately after the prayer, the Police Officers Squad, the Commander in Chief and the royal party marched towards the Twin Towers in a Silent March.

The Princess of Yaximixche payed respect to the victims by praying for a brief moment and laying two wreaths of roses in name of the Honourables of the Royal Household of Yaximixche.

The flowers beautifully were layed onto the sidewalk of the main entrance of the Twin Towers.

The Princess of Yaximixche´s sympathy card read "Always in our hearts" and the Honourable´s has written "Our thoughts and prayers are with all the victims and families".

Each present member of the Royal Household of Yaximixche also payed their personal tribute after Her Royal Highness. The Spanish Footman Guard Mr Vincentcorleone Blachere expressed his condolences in name of the Spanish spoken citizens.

Next, the Commander in Chief offered a reception at the Fire Station 11 were Her Royal Highness visited the firefighters memorial and building.

Firefighter Miss Janette Juran escorted the royal party around the fire station and showed different skills that firefighters acquire in order to protect Second Life citizens against fire.

The Private Secretary Miss CW McMillan, in name of Her Royal Highness and the Royal Household of Yaximixche, thanked to the Commander in Chief and organisers for the warm reception and touching memorial service. After this, Her Royal Highness, protection officers, and the royal party, departed to the Palace of Yaximixche.

Another big successful event at the Palace of Yaximixche. As in every official event at the Palace, guests were required to confirm their attendance after receiving personalised official invitations in English, Spanish, and French since last Thrusday 30th August.

At 2:00 PM PDT, on Sunday, 2nd September, the Fancy Dress Ball started officially at the Palace of Yaximixche. However, enthusiastic visitors where arriving since 12:00 hrs wearing their party outfits.

Luckily, Alfred The Princess´s Butler on duty, was performing his job to perfection by providing exhotic drinks, spirits and hors d’œuvre for sustaining guests during the long wait.

Elegant geishas, sirens, fairies, comic heroes, exhotic birds, witches, wizzards, angels, evils, fishes, ghosts, egiptician guards, medieval queens, indians, vikings, tinnies, butterflies, sponges, were amongst many of the funniest and colourful outfits worn at this entertaining party.

While dancing the night away, Honourables chatted happily and also learnt about the Future of Climate Change and the Amazon Rainforest on displays strategically located during the event.

The Fancy Dress Ball was also a good opportunity for guests to donate online and without any intermediaries to different charities that Her Royal Highness provides promotional support in Second Life in order to fullfil her duty of helping people in need. In this magnificent ball, the Peruvian Earthquake had a prominent promotional stand.

At the end of the party, four guests were winners of more than 1000 L$ in prizes during the Best Fancy Dress contest. The four hour party was a great success and guests kindly demonstrated their support to The Princess of Yaximixche causes in Second and Real Life.

Her Royal Highness The Princess of Yaximixche, Princess Manqo declared open the Second Life's City of the Arts on 26th August at 12:15 PM PDT.

After following the formal process for requesting Her Royal Highness presence, Mr Eddi Haskell, CoFounder and Patron of the Second Life's City of the Arts received with enthusiasm the acceptance letter from the Private Secretary to The Princess of Yaximixche confirming that Her Royal Highness was attending his gala celebration.

On Sunday´s ceremony, The Princess of Yaximixche arrived to the island´s royal landing area in company of her Private Secretary, Miss CW McMillan, and the Princess´s Bodyguard, Mr Mucus Renoir. The visit officially started at 11:30 hrs with a Royal Salute of 41 gun shoots and a reception offered by the Board of Directors of Second Life's City of the Arts. After a tour around the modern and elegant galleries Her Royal Highness and members of the Royal Household were escorted to the photography studios where the royal party learned about the art creation process.

At 12:10 hrs, the royal party proceeded across the Princess Margaret Countess of Snowden Bridge towards the podium where their arrival was greeted with a rousing fanfare.

Immediately after, HRH Princess Manqo gave a solemn speech encouraging artists to pioneer in Second Life and other Virtual Worlds.

And when the hands of the Second Life´s clock were at 12:15, Her Royal Highness declared open the City of the Arts causing a storm of applauses amongst the distinguished audience of more than 80 Second Life residents.

The Princess of Yaximixche unveiled special exhibits from Haskell and Waydelich Galleries, Elysian Art Decole Gallery, Maximov Gallery, PBM Creations, Second Life Fashion House, Second Life Design Center, SL Inworld Today, Simor McMillan Art and Construction, Kazan Sculpture Garden and Zen Rock Garden. While visiting the different venues Her Royal Highness chatted happily with artists and creators of this unique sim. The royal visit ended at 15:00 hrs when beats of the modern dancing floor started to resound accross the new opened island.

The Palace of Yaximixche was the perfect setting for a romantic mask ball on Sunday, 29th July. At 2:00 PM PDT guests were arriving to one of the most glamourous places in Second Life. The Palace´s Page of the Presence greeted the ladies and the gentlemen as they were arriving dressed in their best uniforms and ballgowns to enjoy the Grand Ballroom "The Night of a Thousand Stars".

Special guests were also presented to Her Royal Highness in the Presence Chamber. The Princess of Yaximixche granted the title "Gold Benefactor" to Honourable Mikk Graves during the official presentations. This title is granted as a sign of gratitute by Her Royal Highness to generous patrons of HRH Princess Manqo Foundation.

The selection of the "Belle" and "Chevallier" of the night started after the official presentation of special guests was over. The Belle of the night title was for Honourable Xinoxi Han and Honourable Rhey Bing won the Chevallier title as the best dressed lady and gentleman.

In the most elegant atmosphere from Second Life and surrounded by Queens, Princes, Princesses and Honourables, Her Royal Highness The Princess of Yaximixche made her entrance to the Grand Ballroom were she danced to the tunes of classical and romantic 80´s and 90´s songs.

The party ended in the early hours when the sunrise timidly appeared on the Palace´s most romantic balcony. Dear Honourable Sir or Madam,

Today I am glad in introducing you to my new blog. Unfortunately my SL free-time is very little due my different daily activities and it doesn´t let me write a lot. I´ve been very lucky in meeting very nice people in Second Life until now. I would like to thank you all my HRH Princess Manqo Foundation members for being such a great moral support during this short period of time since I was born in Second Life(SL) on the 17th of February, 2007. However, today while I was chair camping in SL and sleeping in Real Life(RL) after a 24 hrs of non-stop day work in SL, I received an avalanche of IM´s from a journalist requesting information about myself. After today events, I cannot say if i feel fortunate or unfortunate to have met him yesterday afternoon when we had a brief conversation during my free Photoshop class. His poisoning argument and hurtful suggestions that my charity work in Second Life are part of a fraudulent activity really worries me and for this reason I decided to provide more clarification. This is for respect to myself, to my foundation members and to my present and future good causes.

In less than 53 days (less than 2 months) I have learned a lot about Second Life, however, the amount of information is so vast that I know I still have to understand and learn more topics. Sometimes finding information is really appalling due the large number of SIMs. My life goes around in less than 6 SIMs and I consider there is more to discover. Unfortunately my duty as Princess is first and I am totally devoted in raising awareness of Climate Change issues and with my limited Second Life resources and without involving any external Real Life investment. From my point of view, Second Life needs to provide more certainty in its business model in order to encourage me to invest RL resources. I consider that its TERMS OF SERVICE has a lot "at sole discretion" in the linden dollar currency aspect. For this reason, my time, creativity, and commitment to the cause is all what I can offer at the moment.

Also, I would like to clarify that linden dollars obtained from your kind donations have not been used and won´t be used to cover any of my personal expenses either in SL nor RL. Neither this money won´t be removed from Second Life unless is relevant for the correct operation of HRH Princess Manqo Foundation. What belongs to the people of SL remains with the people of SL. Despite that literally I have worked to earn this money by dancing, I consider it not as a payment for my services but as a representation of your trust and good will and hope for a better world. Therefore I am only custodian and not owner of the money you have generously donated to the cause.

Until now, I have the custody of this money in my own personal SL basic account as many of you have kindly and freely donated after receiving information of my cause. As you can verify, on request and depending on ones time availability, nothing has been bought with this money.

The custody of this money has given me some trouble due the limited resources present at SL for dealing administrative processes like this. I haven´t found a way to maintain it separately from my personal income and expenses. However, as you know, in the account history is possible the identification of transactions and in my case I easily can identify income earned in my daily work as a chair camper. The rest, as a result is HRH Prince Manqo Foundation money that will be used for the running of different current and future activities such as textures creation, acquisition of land, staff salary, builders payment, advertising, etc. After all, I expect this organisation will grow with the time probably in a private not-for-profit or charitable organisation and more people will be needed for its operation. For one single person is impossible maintaining such diverse activities during a long period of time without affecting health and Real Life activities and other commitments. I thank my royal household for providing such a valuable support during this early stage of Princess Manqo existence in Second Life.

As you know, all these activities have been done with the purpose of raising awareness of the importance of tackling Climate Change and protecting the Amazon Rainforest, causes very close to my heart. Linden Labs, or any other form of official external or internal government does not provide any contribution to my purse in order to perform my duties as Princess, therefore any contribution you made will be kindly appreciated. If you think that your money has not been or won´t be used appropriately for this good cause, please let me know to reimburse you the total amount. My honour, dignity, and good name of my ancient roots and HRH Princess Manqo Foundation is what really matters to me and I won´t allow anything or anyone to jeopardise them. For this reason, I have decided voluntarily make public HRH Princess Manqo Foundation financial and environmental accounts.

In my short period in SL, I have received a lot of encouragement and unconditional support from different In-World and Real Life citizens and entities. They kindly send me by email information about Climate Change when I request specific details that Second Life citizens inquiry. Additionally, I direct Second Life citizens to some of the videos and information that CarbonSMS.com has published for free. My personal choice for this website is due to the quality of information and willingness to provide me with a good and agile service. However, there is not a written commitment nor obligation to maintain them as my only provider of information at present or future. Recently, I have been in contact with a very keen scientist and with another website from Second Life that provided additional data about Climate Change. The selection of my sources of information about Climate Change are ruled by knowledge and experience on the topic and my sole discretion. CarbonSMS.com does not provide me with a salary or any additional or partial payment such as payment-per-hits or visits neither I have granted them in return my prestigious Royal Warrant of Appointment for the Environment. Despite CarbonSMS.com uses a COM domain, they do not charge any fees for providing information to the public. As it only provides information, and it is neither a company, charity nor receive any income from sales, the website doesn´t have commercial registration and therefore is funded entirely by its owners as it is not a business. I consider this a good cause due that CarbonSMS.com doesn´t look for profit.

Amongst my future plans in SL are the following:

Acquire an island (standard island order) with collected SL donations in order to promote Climate Change awareness, education, culture, and help other non-profit organisations in establishing their initial premises in Second Life as well. Unfortunately I act as an individual and do not belong to any charitable organisation and for this reason I do not have national or international charity ID number to purchase an island under educational or non-profit order conditions. However, my personal desire in doing active SL work for causes close to my heart and the less favoured is evident and neither SL or anyone will stop it. The creation of a charity organization in RL is not part of my plans at the moment due the little financial resources of HRH Princess Manqo Fundation and in addition it is a time-consuming administrative process and almost impossible task for one person at this stage of my SL life. If conditions are appropriate in the near future I might consider it as the next step in HRH Princess Manqo Foundation evolution. I feel lucky that there is a lot of people like me, my darling Robin Hoods, who are not part of a charitable organisation and that they are interested in taking action for the good causes. They are in SL not only for making money but for making a better world. In my case I do not look for any profit in my activities. Money does not matter to me, our planet does.

Another of my future activities focuses on increasing awareness of charities related to Climate Change, the ill, and the poor by promoting them during my public speeches, presentations, and by attending their galas and public events if time and lag allows me.

You probably have realised that the name HRH Princess Manqo Fundation is incorrectly spelled. The reason of this is the limit in number of characters when creating the title. I needed to sacrifice one letter in order to fit it in the short space and the "o" was chosen. The correct name should be HRH Princess Manqo Foundation.

I would like to point out that disclosure of personal information different to the name I have chosen to identify my account details are under my own discretion according to the Linden Labs Terms of Service and Community Standards. Therefore I do not have any obligation to provide my private information or data from Real Life. In Virtual Worlds, I am ManqoQhapaqInca HRH The Princess of Yaximixche, and if I am the same or completely different person in Real Life, it is my right to remain anonymous while respecting the law and conditions defined by Linden Labs. As all of you, I didn´t have the option of using my RL name in my SL account.

I came into SL to win hearts and minds in the fight of tackling Climate Change and protecting the Amazon Rainforest for the future of human kind. And certainly I am here to make friends amongst the citizens of SL and it is not my first objective of being a trophy for the media. For this reason, my interviews will be sporadic and focused on my official events and special occasions and they won´t provide private further details of my SL or RL. As a lady, I expect respect and good manners from any journalist during our encounters. My unfortunate incident with this disrespectful and uneducated journalist does not condition my admiration for this profession, their companies and positive ethos.

Most of you have recognised my royal status in SL, a few of you haven´t. However, this is not something of a big concern as I will continue my normal duties as Princess and by using my titles ancestors. I will be Princess Manqo for each one of you who want me to be your Princess. Having a publicly acknowledged and recognised royal status in SL will simply open new paths to succeed in the long battle I will fight against Climate Change. With my royal status and personal effort, I have secured access to a broad range of wise advisers from different areas that are supporting me with updated knowledge in order to fulfil my duty as Princess in the best manner, with dignity, honour, and pride.

Today, I have learnt a lesson from this journalist and as a result I have been brutally transformed from a sweet little Princess into a brave woman in a 75 minutes stressful interview. Being a Princess in SL seems to be as hard as in RL.

But this event won´t bring me down and I will continue in SL and other virtual worlds for a good cause despite destructive comments. I will carry on transmitting my message with good manners, happiness and joy to everyone in every virtual world.
