Another big successful event at the Palace of Yaximixche. As in every official event at the Palace, guests were required to confirm their attendance after receiving personalised official invitations in English, Spanish, and French since last Thrusday 30th August.
At 2:00 PM PDT, on Sunday, 2nd September, the Fancy Dress Ball started officially at the Palace of Yaximixche. However, enthusiastic visitors where arriving since 12:00 hrs wearing their party outfits.
Luckily, Alfred The Princess´s Butler on duty, was performing his job to perfection by providing exhotic drinks, spirits and hors d’œuvre for sustaining guests during the long wait.
Elegant geishas, sirens, fairies, comic heroes, exhotic birds, witches, wizzards, angels, evils, fishes, ghosts, egiptician guards, medieval queens, indians, vikings, tinnies, butterflies, sponges, were amongst many of the funniest and colourful outfits worn at this entertaining party.
While dancing the night away, Honourables chatted happily and also learnt about the Future of Climate Change and the Amazon Rainforest on displays strategically located during the event.
The Fancy Dress Ball was also a good opportunity for guests to donate online and without any intermediaries to different charities that Her Royal Highness provides promotional support in Second Life in order to fullfil her duty of helping people in need. In this magnificent ball, the Peruvian Earthquake had a prominent promotional stand.
At the end of the party, four guests were winners of more than 1000 L$ in prizes during the Best Fancy Dress contest. The four hour party was a great success and guests kindly demonstrated their support to The Princess of Yaximixche causes in Second and Real Life.
